Please Note

If you have been dismissed, made redundant or recently resigned, or you think that might happen, you may have a claim of unfair dismissal or adverse action at the Fair Work Commission. You must lodge such claims at the Fair Work Commission within 21 days of being dismissed. This is a strict deadline and if you do not make an application within that period, your claim might be rejected.

You can lodge a claim online through the Fair Work Commission website: https://fwc.gov.au/

If your request is urgent, Women’s Legal will try to respond to your request as soon as we can, however, we cannot guarantee you will get advice before you need to lodge a claim at the Fair Work Commission.
